When developing our strategic plan Connect21, we went back to basics. We thought about why and for whom we do what we do best. And on how we do it. We reflected on our purpose and the commitments we are making to all our stakeholders.
Put simply, we exist for our customers. We are there to support them through the ups and downs of life.
